Web-a-dex Internet Services offers a premier start page for internet users with an emphasis on using free web services for individual development.

Michael Steenbergen, the owner,  along with running the 100 pages and 7 operating  domains of Web-a-dex, serves as a volunteer editor for the Netscape Open Directory Project (DMOZ or ODP).  After reviewing numerous pages on Mesoamerican Archeology for the directory,  Steenbergen encourages other web users to join the Netscape Open Directory Project in order to help build a better web through a truly user based  process.
